THG Labs in Frome is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) – Shift Lead to ensure proactive and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently while minimising impact on production. You'll schedule works, raise POs and distribute tasks across shifts.
You will diagnose faults, support the electrical team when needed, and keep AMS documentation up to date. The role requires a time-served apprenticeship or NVQ in Mechanical maintenance and strong diagnostic skills.
