Mole Valley Farmers is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Customer Experience Team Member for our Frome store. This part-time role (15 hours per week) involves helping customers find products, giving expert advice, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.
You’ll support sales targets and work closely with the team to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression. You’ll bring a genuine interest in customer service, strong communication, and good IT skills.
