Thisroleinvolvesrouteplanningfordeliveriesandcollections,day-to-daydrivercoordination,andworkingcloselywithinternalteamsandcustomerstoensureoperationsrunsmoothlyandefficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning daily vehicle routes and managing schedules
• Communicating with customers and supporting operational teams
• Managing and briefing drivers
• Reviewing processes to improve efficiency
• Supporting compliance, fleet checks, and transport systems
• Helping manage suppliers and contractors
• Providing occasional out-of-hours support and holiday cover

What you’ll need:

• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Transport office experience
• Good IT skills
• Clear communication and confident decision-making
• Knowledge of working time regulations
