We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in automobile sales—especially within the CDJR family—to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who not only thrives in a fast-paced sales environment but also has a passion for mentoring and developing junior sales talent.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial contact through vehicle delivery and beyond.
• Leverage your deep knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to guide customers through the buying process.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and dealership KPIs.
• Serve as a mentor and role model to less experienced sales representatives, offering coaching, training, and real-time support.
• Collaborate with sales managers to onboard and develop new team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing options, and manufacturer incentives.

• Minimum 3–5 years of successful automotive sales experience, preferably with CDJR vehicles.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Natural leadership qualities with a desire to coach and uplift others.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
