The Cardiac Sonographer performs echo cardiographic techniques and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing patient conditions. This position requires participation in call rotation and call‑back testing.

• Graduate of a 2–4‑year Allied Health training program.

• Two (2) years of training experience in cardiac sonography preferred.
• Recent graduates of accredited sonography programs encouraged to apply.

• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required.
• Registry by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS).
• New hires must have AHA appropriate certification prior to orientation.

• Available for participation in call rotation and call back testing.
• Possess physical, mental, and technical skills necessary to perform diagnostic testing of all ages, neonatal through adult.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, peers, and patients professionally.
