Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Advanceable ABA | In-Home ABA Therapy | Front Royal, VA and Surrounding Areas

We’re looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one‑on‑one in‑home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position focuses on helping children with autism reach important goals while engaging in the child’s natural environment.

This is a home‑based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child’s home.

• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and the clinical team to support success.
• Stay physically active during sessions (sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.).

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

• Part‑time and full‑time RBT positions available.
• Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed).
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.

• Hourly Pay Range: $23–$29/hour (based on experience and credentials).
