We are searching for the next Patient Access Supervisor Champion. The Patient Access Supervisor organizes and coordinates the activities of assigned staff to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate work in a fiscally responsible manner. The role handles and solves problems related to area of assignment, maintains a working knowledge of functions in the area of responsibility, works in conjunction with the patient access manager to develop and coach staff, and conducts training of all Patient Access staff.
The supervisor performs revenue cycle tasks necessary for compliance and excellent customer service and assists the manager with day‑to‑day operations.

- Coordinate all registration duties with staff; ensure daily completion and provide training.
- Provide and review reporting on key metrics (e.g., wait times, productivity) on a schedule as needed.
- Assign and coordinate staff scheduling, minimizing overtime while maximizing productivity.
- Track and monitor upfront collection processes, assign goals, and provide coaching or corrective action.
- Participate in on‑call rotations (days, nights, weekends) and provide guidance via telephone.
- Assist with developing department processes and procedures; conduct audits and continuous coaching.
- Serve as a resource for staff and ancillary departments, promoting excellent customer service.
- Manage assigned projects related to implementation, tracking, and process changes; report to leadership.
- Participate in daily facility activities and gather statistical information.
- Assist with staff evaluations, maintain time/attendance system, and attend required meetings.
- Certified Healthcare Access Management (CHAM)
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
- High School Diploma or GED
