Join Northern Virginia’s Fast-Growing Real Estate Team as a Real Estate Assistant
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate? We’re looking for a committed Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our energetic and successful team.
We’re preparing to launch with Zillow Flex, operate from a state-of-the-art office, and tap into one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region, engaging over 10 million people monthly on platforms like Instagram and You Tube.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide thorough administrative support to agents, ensuring seamless transaction workflows
- Schedule showings, appointments, and manage listing calendars
- Oversee MLS listings, coordinate property marketing, and handle transaction paperwork
- Maintain effective communication between clients, vendors, and team members
- Support marketing campaigns and enhance our online presence
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication and technology proficiency
- A driven self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ambitious with a desire to grow within the real estate industry

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
