• Assist customers in picking up where they left off across every channel—online, customer care, and in‑store.
• Provide hands‑on demonstrations of the newest devices and services.
• Use side‑by‑side selling to identify personalized solutions beyond basic plans—including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through the purchase experience with thoughtful questions, expert answers, and shared expertise.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Use digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and service benefits, and to demonstrate troubleshooting.
• Complete in‑store experience, system, and process training.
• Build relationships with peers and cross‑channel employees, resolve issues, and create a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and hand off small‑business leads.
• Maintain strong peer relationships, accountability, and a positive work environment.

• Strong desire to learn and master customer‑advocate skills.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and providing resolution to issues.
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred).
• 18 years or older, high‑school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and reliable transportation.
• Full‑time (40 hrs) or part‑time (20+ hrs) availability.
