WHAT DOES MY CAREER AS A FARM STORE ASSOCIATE (WAREHOUSE FOCUSED) LOOK LIKE AT EverGRO?

- Support Farm Store warehouse operations; assist loading/unloading customer pick-ups, deliveries & vendor orders
- Learn to safely operate a forklift & other equipment to help move products & maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory, stocking and merchandising warehouse needs
- Provide customers with friendly and efficient service
- Cross-train to support retail responsibilities such as operating register, stocking and cleaning
- Working on average 15-20+ hours per week, depending on seasonal demand

- This position will work both within an indoor warehouse setting, and will also be responsible for working outdoors at times to assist with customer needs on deliveries, pick‑ups, etc.

- No minimum education requirement or years of professional experience required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Prefer six (6) months of experience in a retail/warehouse environment providing customer service and operating point of sale equipment
- Prefer prior knowledge, working experience or hands‑on experience in farming, agriculture, animal health, animal science, planting, gardening, or a related field
- Work safely when operating equipment and helping customers
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
