As a Security Officer – Cultural Institution Patrol in Front Royal, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a renowned cultural institution, helping to deter security‑related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with guests and staff, providing exceptional customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter inappropriate or suspicious activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location.
• Assist visitors and staff by providing directions and general information as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local authorities as required during incidents or emergencies.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
