** Our Front Royal DC is hiring safety-focused Loaders to support outbound shipping. This is a hands-on role with monthly bonus potential and real room to grow.  ## ***
* ** Pay & Incentives*** $23.50/hr base pay
* Plus $2–$5/hr monthly bonus
* Strong earning potential for consistent performers  ## ***
* ** Schedule
* ** Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM
* Weekends off!
* Overtime as needed  ##
** What You'll Do
*** Load trucks using forklifts and other equipment
* Check product for quality and accuracy
* Maximize trailer space safely and efficiently
* Follow all safety standards and SOPs
* Keep a clean, organized workspace  ##

*** Reliable, with a strong work ethic
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs
* Warehouse or forklift experience preferred
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment  ## ***
