Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Mountain City Rehab Center, a respected 89‑bed skilled nursing facility located in Frostburg, Maryland.

Base pay range: $34.75/hr – $40.25/hr. $6,000 sign‑on bonus and daily pay available.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess and monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed
• Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Follow all policies and procedures of the facility
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned
• Participate as required in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
• Attend all required educational activities and meetings; document care per policy requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information
• Demonstrate respect for resident rights and dignity

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Prior experience in long‑term care or geriatrics is a plus – we’ll train the right candidate
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
