Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Compensation

$30.50 – $40.50 per hour
Full‑time day and night shifts (12‑hour) with a $15,000 sign‑on bonus available for new hires.

Minimum Level of Education

Associate degree required.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our skilled nursing facility, you will be a cornerstone of the clinical team, providing hands‑on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership. You will collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the dignity and support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assess and monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed.
  • Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Follow all policies and procedures of the facility.
  • Serve as charge nurse when assigned.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
  • Attend all required educational activities and meetings; document care per policy requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
  • Demonstrate respect for resident rights and dignity.
Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland.
  • CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Prior experience in long‑term care or geriatrics is a plus; we will train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills.
