We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead cook to our higher education team in Frostburg, MD. As a lead cook for Elior Collegiate Dining, you will have the opportunity to handle and prepare food while training and supervising a team of exceptional food service professionals.

• Oversee and participate in the preparation of food items.
• Adhere to recipes while maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Control food and inventory costs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent multitasking, leadership, and communication skills.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field.
