• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies related to them
• Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring a pharmacist’s professional judgment
• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing
• Support the coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians
• Compound medications according to state and other regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms, resources, and applications
• Complete all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law and company policies
• Provide additional health and wellness services allowed by state and regulatory bodies
• Comply with and reinforce all sanitation and safety regulations, guidelines, procedures, and programs according to company, local, state, and federal health codes; identify unsafe conditions and notify store management
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure

Qualifications:

• Any previous comparable experience
• Any equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician
