• Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile
• Ensure patients are well informed and comfortable before, during, and after their appointment
• Oversee practice operations, focusing on key performance indicators, revenue, and expenses week‑to‑week
• Ensure compliance with state and federal claims processing guidelines, taking responsibility for preventing fraudulent activity
• Lead by example, fostering a positive and respectful workplace open to new ideas and collaboration
• Take initiative and hold oneself and the team accountable to high performance standards
• Maintain a patient‑centric approach across all practice operations, fostering patient relationships and retention
• Perform any additional duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean, sterile, patient‑centric working environment
• Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook)

• Minimum one year of supervisory/management experience, including P&L management
• Leadership skills to build and develop a high‑performing team
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, or retail
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Dental System software
• Ability to collaborate for continuous improvement in patient experience and operational efficiency
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced office environment
• Punctuality and commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth
• Organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
