We’re hiring a general manager to oversee all restaurant operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The GM will schedule and train staff, order product, hire new team members, and maintain a high level of service.

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring cost controls, inventory and cash controls are met.
• Maintain positive customer relations and lead by example for the crew.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage scheduling, product ordering, training, and hiring.
• Achieve profit‑share bonus based on controlling costs within goals.

• At least 18 years old.
• Preferred:
  Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
