Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City, UAE. This position is suitable for men and is open to candidates of any nationality. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts.

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
• Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
• Communicate with clients or vendors regarding payment inquiries or discrepancies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software (e.g. Quick Books)
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work legally in UAE without requiring accommodation
