We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the office is running smoothly. The ideal candidate should have some work experience, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Answering phones
- Filing documents
- Scheduling appointments
- Responding to emails
- Providing general support to the team
- Preparing reports
- Ordering supplies
- Creating presentations
- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling meetings
- Maintaining records
- At least one year of prior work experience in an office or administrative setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of computers and other office equipment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
