Overview
Office assistant in El-Fujairah, UAE. We are in search of an organized, experienced Office Assistant for our growing business in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant work experience and be capable of providing the highest levels of customer service. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities- Managing administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, processing mail and other similar tasks
- Organizing office supplies
- Performing data entry
- Supporting managers as needed
- Providing customer service
- Help with special projects when required
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Salary: 900 AED/month. Benefits include medical coverage and 3 weeks annual leave per year.
