Major Assistant - El-Fujairah, UAE (Preference for Indians with English Language Skills)

We are seeking a major assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize. This position is open to all professions, but preference will be given to candidates who are Indian with English language skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the major in all areas of operations. This includes managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records and databases, and providing assistance with research projects. The major assistant will also be responsible for preparing and sending reports or other official documents. They must have strong writing skills in order to accurately capture the major's instructions and effectively communicate them to other staff members.

The major assistant should possess a high level of professionalism at all times. They must be able to work independently while still being able to take direction from the major when needed. A strong sense of responsibility is essential as the position requires managing confidential information and sensitive documents.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours depending on the needs of the major's office. Candidates should have excellent time management skills in order to meet deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable for this role.
