Job BriefOur client is seeking a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The role requires strong coordination skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Handle correspondence, reminders, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of business and executive information.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the UAE.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours
, including late evenings when required. - Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative systems.
- Confident, well-presented, and professional in appearance and conduct.
