We are looking for an organized, motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in El-Fujairah. • Answering incoming calls, emails and other inquiries from customers
• Maintaining accurate records such as filing documents, updating databases, etc.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, etc.
• Coordinating meetings and taking minutes when needed

• Minimum one year of experience working in an office setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
