Assistant for Indian residents in El-Fujairah (Part-time)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant to support our Indian residents in El-Fujairah, UAE. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to our community members. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

• Assist with organizing events and activities for the Indian community in El-Fujairah
• Maintain and update records of community members
• Communicate with community members regarding upcoming events and activities
• Help coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for community events
  
  Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
• Assist with any other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the Indian community in El-Fujairah

• Must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with community members
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Must have a valid biometric passport
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working with diverse communities is a plus
