Responsibilities
- Assist in site supervision and monitoring of daily construction activities
- Support senior engineers in reviewing drawings specifications and technical documents
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on-site to ensure work quality and progress
- Prepare and update basic project reports quantity surveys and material tracking sheets
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes safety standards and quality requirements
- Participate in site measurements inspections and progress documentation
- Support project scheduling and coordination between design and execution teams
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (fresh graduate, 0–5 year experience)
- Indian nationality, willing to relocate to the UAE
- Strong understanding of construction principles, structural drawings, and site execution
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic project management/reporting tools
- Good communication skills in English;
Arabic is a plus - Willingness to learn, work on-site, and grow within a construction company
- Valid passport; UAE work visa to be sponsored by the company
