Position Overview
Site Engineer responsible for day-to-day engineering and site supervision of civil and structural works for the OCW Project The role will include planning and coordinating site activities ensuring execution in accordance with approved drawings specifications method statements and project requirements coordinating with subcontractors and site teams monitoring progress and quality arranging inspections WIRs resolving site technical issues and maintaining relevant engineering records and documentation The candidate shall be capable of independently managing assigned site activities and coordinating effectively with the Project Manager Technical Office QA QC and HSE teams to ensure safe timely and compliant execution of the works Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications.
- Experience in reinforcement, formwork, precast concrete fabrication & installation, concrete and foundation works.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, site teams and inspection activities. Knowledge of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, ITPs and WIR/inspection procedures.
- Good understanding of construction quality and HSE requirements.
- Ability to plan daily activities, set priorities and monitor progress against programme requirements.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
