Civil Engineer

A2Y Construction Electromechanical is looking for 2 qualified and experienced Civil Engineers to join our growing team in the UAE. We are seeking dedicated, hardworking and technically skilled professionals who can independently manage site operations, supervise construction activities and handle civil engineering responsibilities from start to completion.

Civil Engineer

2 Positions

• Manage and supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work is executed according to project specifications and requirements.
• Independently handle site operations, workforce coordination and day-to-day site requirements.
• Monitor and maintain construction site works ensuring quality, safety and timely completion.
• Prepare, read, interpret and understand AutoCAD drawings and construction plans.
• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) material requirements and project estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Ensure all civil works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues independently.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower and other site resources.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE work experience in the construction industry.
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
• Must have a valid UAE residence visa.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, including drawing preparation and interpretation.
• Good understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and material requirements.
• Ability to independently manage and execute site responsibilities.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Must be responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
