Position:
Guest Relations Officer – Part-time (2 days off per week, 4‑hour afternoon shifts 4:00 – 8:00 PM).

• Part‑time position with 2 days off per week
• Afternoon shifts, 4 hours per day (4:00 – 8:00 PM)
• Hands‑on experience in a prestigious automotive brand
• Work in a customer‑focused, professional environment

• Serve as the first point of contact for all customers visiting our showroom
• Welcome, guide, and ensure customers are connected to the right executive seamlessly
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from start to finish
• Give every guest a warm send‑off, ensuring they leave feeling valued and cared for

• UAE National with Family Book (mandatory)
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Customer service experience is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred)
• High school diploma or higher
