Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process reservations over the phone, via email, or in-person.
- Ensure all reservations contain accurate and detailed information.
- Provide accurate information about our properties, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and procuring office supplies.
- Prepare the daily schedule and coordinate with Housekeeping and maintenance teams for daily operations.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Other additional administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
