• Supervise daily call center operations and service delivery
• Lead, train, and manage call center agents
• Monitor call quality, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient confidentiality
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and workforce planning
• Handle escalations and complex customer inquiries
• Prepare performance reports and improvement insights
• Work with IT teams to manage Cisco systems (UCCX/UCCE, IP Telephony)

• Minimum 6 years of experience in call center operations
