We are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic English speaking chat operator to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a chat operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students through online chat platforms.

• Engage with students from various backgrounds and nationalities through online chat platforms.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to students' inquiries regarding our services.
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with students.
• Ensure all communication is professional and in line with company standards.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
• Keep updated on company policies, services, and promotions.
• Adhere to performance standards set by the company.

• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Egyptian nationality preferred.
• Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes.
• Previous experience in customer service or chat support is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
