Position: Head of content - EdTech (French fluent )

Overview

Head of content - EdTech (French fluent 🇫🇷) – Paradox EN Fujairah, Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position, remote or from offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or Paris. French and English fluency is required.

You will bridge David Laroche’s personal influence with Paradox’s institutional power and orchestrate a dual-brand strategy that scales a personal brand while building a standalone company brand.

This role requires leadership of the Content Factory and collaboration with the Growth team to drive acquisition through content.

Responsibilities
  • Architect the "Dual-Brand" Strategy to reinforce David Laroche’s personal brand and Paradox’s company brand without cannibalization.
  • Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that differentiate from common self-help industry norms.
  • Define distinct editorial lines for each platform:
    Depth & Search for You Tube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, Authority & Authenticity for Linked In.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end production: write hooks, storyboard narratives, and ensure final cuts align with the vision; source and onboard required talent.
  • Direct on-set with the actor (David) ensuring scripts, set, and direction require minimal mental load from him.
  • Lead the Content Factory: manage the internal content team, set tempo and standards, provide high-level artistic direction, and ensure Paradox standards of aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Head of Growth to create assets designed to convert in ads; analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale what works.
Experience
  • Proven Content Builder: grown a media brand, a You Tube channel, or a personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views) with viral mechanics and retention understanding.
  • Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and delivering high-quality video output.
  • Elite Scripting

    Skills:

    ability to show scripts with proven performance and to structure narratives and hooks for long-form content.
  • Performance Fluency: experience driving business results through content (ads, launches, conversions).

Requirements
