• Degree in your specialist subject and a PGCE/QTS/Teaching License
• At least 2 years’ teaching experience in your specialist subject
• Strong knowledge in your teaching discipline and the ability to deliver lessons that challenge and inspire students
• Utilises modern teaching strategies and technology to create engaging, student‑centred learning experiences
• Builds positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering collaboration and mutual respect
