Librarian job in El-Fujairah UAE for foreigners
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Librarian to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our library and ensuring that the library resources are used effectively.
Primary duties- Organizing books, periodicals, audio-visual materials, and other resources; maintaining library records; monitoring the library's budget;
- Collaborating with faculty to review and select materials;
- Training patrons on how to use the library;
- Providing reference services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Organizational skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Familiarity with library software systems and modern technology.
- Degree in Library Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a librarian role.
We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position who meets these qualifications.
This is a full-time position with an annual salary of 1400 AED.
