In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing an appropriate instructional programme in an elementary school setting that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. You will also develop lesson plans that correspond to the curriculum standards set by the school board or district. You will assess student performance through tests, assignments or other methods of evaluation.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of student progress as well as prepare reports on students’ activities for parents or guardians.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Education from an accredited university or college as well as experience teaching elementary school classes, preferable with at least one year of experience working with children of this age group. He/she should also possess knowledge of modern teaching techniques/methods as well as strong organizational skills. In addition, we welcome applicants who are willing to take up additional responsibilities such as coaching sports teams or performing arts activities in the classroom setting among others.
