The Head of Teaching & Learning will be a key member of the school’s leadership team, responsible for shaping the academic vision and ensuring the highest standards of teaching across all phases. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on support, guiding curriculum development, assessment practices, and professional growth for staff.

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of teaching and learning strategies.
• Support and mentor teachers to deliver innovative, student‑centered lessons.
• Oversee curriculum alignment with international standards and local requirements.
• Monitor academic performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, reflection, and professional excellence.
• Contribute to whole‑school leadership, policy development, and community engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a subject specialization (Master’s preferred)
• PGCE, QTS, or equivalent international teaching license
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or middle management role
• Strong knowledge of international curricula (British, IB, or similar) and modern pedagogical approaches
• Evidence of ongoing training, workshops, or advanced study in educational leadership and instructional practice
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate assessment systems to improve student outcomes
• Experience working in diverse, multicultural school environments
