We are looking for a motivated and experienced Librarian to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a passion for books and knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

• Organize and maintain library collections by shelving books in the correct order, cataloguing new titles, and ensuring that all materials are easily accessible to patrons.
• Provide assistance to patrons when searching for resources or using library equipment such as computers or printers.
• Ensure library remains clean, organized and inviting to visitors.
• Respond to queries from patrons via telephone, email or in-person visits.
• Collaborate with other librarians on special projects and initiatives.
• Design promotional materials such as bookmarks and posters to increase awareness of library events.
• Create and maintain digital databases of library resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a library setting preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons of all ages.
• Proficiency with computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of library-specific software is preferred but not required.
