Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and unsafe practices, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management.
- Develop and implement HSE programs, policies, and procedures tailored to the specific operational needs and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence and fostering a culture of learning.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees at all levels, empowering them to recognize and manage risks effectively.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- Holds relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrates 5-8 years of experience in a similar HSE role within the oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing industries, providing practical expertise.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of international and local HSE regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Has at least 2 to 3 years of experience at ADNOC.
