- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly sought after to validate expertise in health and safety.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the road construction is required.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems is crucial to effectively manage workplace hazards.
