A leading Facilities Property Management Company is seeking to hire an experienced Facilities Management Foreman.
Educational Qualifications- Technical Diploma or Engineering Diploma in the following fields:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- HVAC Refrigeration
- Facilities Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
- Ability to supervise maintenance teams and manage daily work activities.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
