Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities for large-scale EPC construction projects
- Develop and execute project procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets
- Manage sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contract award processes
- Coordinate with engineering, planning and project management teams to ensure material availability on time
- Identify and prequalify vendors, subcontractors and suppliers
- Negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost optimization and value engineering
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements and local regulations
- Monitor supplier performance delivery timelines and quality standards
- Manage procurement risk and resolve supply chain issues proactively
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis and project updates for senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 15 years+ of procurement experience in Infrastructure and Construction projects
- Strong experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects (Desalination, Power, Buildings, Offshore preferred)
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management
- Strong knowledge of international procurement practices and FIDIC contracts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced project environments and manage multiple priorities
