We are looking for an experienced and talented Land Surveyor to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Land Surveying field and will be responsible for providing accurate, reliable, and timely survey data. The Land Surveyor position offers a competitive salary of 1400 with the possibility to consider a foreigner for the role.

• Utilizing specialized equipment (e.g., robotic total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, etc.) to collect survey data
• Processing collected data using appropriate software and preparing survey plans/drawings/maps accordingly
• Analyzing existing surveys or other land-related documents and researching title records
• Preparing property descriptions for deeds, leases, rights-of-way, etc.
• Preparing legal documents such as plats and certificates of surveys
• Keeping up to date on all applicable laws or regulations related to land surveying

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in land surveying
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant equipment (e.g., robotic total stations, GPS receivers)
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision at times
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
