The successful candidate will be responsible for technical supervision, project quality, cost control, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery in compliance with UAE regulations and engineering standards.

• Technical Supervision:
  Lead and oversee all civil engineering and construction activities across multiple projects.
• Project Quality:
  Ensure all works meet engineering standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Cost Control:
  Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contractor & Consultant Coordination:
  Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and engineering teams.
• Timely Delivery:
  Ensure projects are delivered on schedule in compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
  Master's degree preferred

• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Extensive experience in high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, engineering teams, contractors, and consultants

• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction regulations, and authority requirements

• Excellent technical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Revit
