Head of Radio Station – El-Fujairah, UAE. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our radio station in El-Fujairah. As the Head of Radio Station, you will oversee all aspects of the station's operations and work to ensure its success as a top-rated station in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with a passion for radio and strong leadership skills.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the station's goals and objectives
• Manage a team of radio presenters, producers, and support staff
• Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience
• Oversee programming schedule and ensure smooth on-air transitions
• Monitor and analyze audience feedback to make improvements to programming
• Collaborate with advertising sales team to generate revenue for the station
• Maintain relationships with music labels, artists, and other industry professionals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition in order to remain competitive

• Minimum of 5 years experience in radio broadcasting or related field
• Proven track record of successful programming and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Familiarity with Indian culture and music preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Valid biometric passport
• Experience working with diverse teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Passion for radio
