Big Tapp is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking domain expertise and hands‑on experience in Power Platform technologies including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will support enterprise reporting, business analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making initiatives within the Banking Finance and Analytics domain. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and expertise in SQL‑based reporting and dashboard development.

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL
• Strong Banking domain knowledge, especially within Banking Finance and Reporting functions
• Expertise in SQL querying, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and UAT coordination
• Familiarity with cloud and modern data ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks
• Strong understanding of Banking governance, compliance, and reporting standards

• Work with business and source system teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements
• Develop business specifications, Power BI dashboards, and analytical reports
• Perform data analysis, validation, and support BAU reporting processes
• Manage stakeholder communication and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Support UAT activities including test scenario preparation, execution coordination, and result validation
• Ensure compliance with Banking governance, regulatory, and operational standards
• Maintain reporting documentation, analytical specifications, and process artifacts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
• Certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, or Data Analytics are an added advantage

• 5–7 years of experience in Banking Data Analytics, Power Platform reporting, and SQL‑based data analysis
• Proven experience supporting Banking business stakeholders and enterprise reporting functions

• Delivery of accurate and high‑quality dashboards and analytical reports
• Effective stakeholder communication and requirement management
• Compliance with Banking governance and reporting standards
• Reliable support for analytics and reporting operations

• On‑time delivery of reports and dashboards
• Accuracy and quality of analytical outputs
• Reduction in reporting defects and data issues
• Stakeholder satisfaction and business adoption metrics
• Successful completion of UAT and reporting validation activities
