Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an experienced and talented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the data needs of the business, focusing on development and maintenance of our data architecture.
Job Description:
The Data Analyst will work with business stakeholders to provide accurate, timely and meaningful data analysis and reporting. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining data structures that are in line with organizational objectives. They will also analyze customer behavior, identify trends, and recommend solutions to optimize customer experience.
Duties- Analyze customer behavior using statistical methods to uncover trends and opportunities
- Identify relevant customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain data models to support customer segmentation strategies
- Design reporting dashboards that enable easy access to key information
- Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback loops
- Create detailed reports on performance metrics to inform decision making processes
- Evaluate customer feedback to improve services offered by the organization
- Work with external partners to develop data solutions that meet organizational needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of SQL programming language
- Experience in database management systems such as Oracle or MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of analytical techniques such as predictive analytics or machine learning
- Ability to interpret complex data sets into meaningful insights
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UAE without sponsorship
- Must have excellent written communication skills in English
The successful candidate must be able to think critically, solve problems independently and be comfortable working with large datasets. We offer a competitive salary of 900 AED per month for this role. Immigrants are welcome to apply for this position.
