Procurement & Sourcing Manager

We are currently seeking a Procurement and Sourcing Manager to join our vibrant team at RHG.

As a Procurement and Sourcing Manager, you will infuse our strategic sourcing endeavors with ambition and a passion for optimizing procurement processes, contributing to the success of our procurement team.

• Support the smooth running of the procurement department, exerting diligent financial process control in accordance with company and business procedures.
• Work proactively with all key stakeholders to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort by sourcing quality products and responding positively to enquiries and problem resolution.
• Develop and implement business strategies, communicating objectives at all levels, measuring performance accurately, and reporting in a timely manner.
• Manage the team life cycle, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance.
• Be responsible for the purchasing budget, ensuring all purchasing functions and disciplines are controlled, audited, and developed.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Review and scrutinize purchasing performance, objectives, and standard purchasing practices, providing recommendations that drive financial performance and add value.
• Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence and best practice activities for internal and external audit, performing follow‑up as required.

• Proven experience in hotel purchasing.
