Internal Coordinator - Sales Planning & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders.
• Liaise closely with the Planning department to monitor production schedules and ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
• Track customer orders from receipt through to delivery, providing regular updates to the Sales team and customers as required.
• Manage and maintain records of customer‑supplied materials, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and availability for production.
• Monitor incoming customer‑supplied materials, verify quantities, and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
• Follow up on shortages, delays, or discrepancies relating to customer‑supplied materials and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain sales order documentation, delivery schedules, and related reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately.
• Assist with order entry, amendments, and customer documentation where required.
• Support the Sales team by providing order status updates, delivery information, and inventory availability.
• Ensure all records are accurate and maintained in the ERP.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, logistics coordination, or planning role.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is an advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
