We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong FMCG/Retail procurement experience to manage purchasing activities, supplier relationships, negotiations, and inventory requirements.

• Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities.
• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, payment terms, and promotional deals.
• Maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.
• Monitor market prices, product availability, and purchasing trends.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of products.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Inventory, and Finance teams.
• Maintain optimum stock levels and minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and delivery schedules.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing margins.

• Minimum 5 years of Purchase/Procurement experience.
• FMCG, Retail, Supermarket, Wholesale, or Distribution experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and FMCG products.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Purchasing systems.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
